2. Definitions
Platform: Refers to our multivendor e-commerce marketplace, including the website and mobile applications.
Vendor: A seller who lists and sells products on our platform.
Buyer: A customer who purchases products from vendors on our platform.
User: Anyone who accesses or uses our platform, including buyers, vendors, and visitors.
We/Us/Our: Refers to the platform operator and its affiliates.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

4. Vendor Terms
4.1 Vendor Registration

4.2 Commission and Fees
Vendors agree to pay the platform commission on each completed sale. Commission rates will be clearly communicated during onboarding and may vary by product category. Additional fees may apply for premium features or services.
4.3 Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for product quality, accurate descriptions, inventory management, order fulfillment, customer service, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Buyer Terms
Buyers agree to provide accurate shipping and billing information for all purchases. You are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, specifications, and vendor ratings before making a purchase.
By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount including product price, shipping fees, taxes, and any other applicable charges.
6. Product Listings
Vendors must provide accurate and complete product information, including descriptions, images, prices, and availability. Misleading or false information is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to remove any product listings that violate our policies, infringe on intellectual property rights, or are otherwise inappropriate.
Product prices are set by individual vendors. We are not responsible for pricing errors, but vendors must honor prices displayed at the time of purchase unless there is a clear and obvious error.
7. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product. The vendor has the right to accept or reject your order. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.
Payment must be made through our secure payment gateway. We support various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. Payment information is encrypted and processed securely.
All transactions are subject to our fraud detection measures. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent or suspicious.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is handled by individual vendors unless otherwise specified. Delivery times and shipping costs are provided by vendors and may vary based on location and shipping method.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. You should inspect all packages upon delivery and report any damage immediately.
9. Returns and Refunds
Return policies are set by individual vendors and must be clearly stated in their product listings. Generally, items must be returned in original condition within the specified return period.
To initiate a return, contact the vendor through our platform messaging system. Refunds will be processed according to the vendor's return policy, typically within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personalized items, perishable goods, and intimate products for health and hygiene reasons.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between buyers and vendors, we encourage parties to resolve issues amicably through our messaging system. Our customer support team is available to mediate disputes if necessary.
If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may escalate the matter to our dispute resolution team within 30 days of the issue arising.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, and parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that location.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the platform or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Vendors retain ownership of their product listings and content but grant us a license to display, reproduce, and distribute such content on the platform for the purpose of operating our services.
You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our platform without express written permission, except as necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of our services.
12. Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in the following activities:
- Selling counterfeit, stolen, or illegal products
- Engaging in fraudulent transactions or money laundering
- Manipulating product reviews or ratings
- Harassing or threatening other users
- Attempting to circumvent platform fees or payment systems
- Using automated systems to scrape or access platform data
- Interfering with platform security or functionality
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
13. Limitation of Liability
We provide this platform as-is and make no warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of products or services offered by vendors. We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and vendors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you remain liable for all outstanding obligations, including pending orders and unpaid fees.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
